CNY is literally just around the corner! WEEEE~~~ Who is excited for it? haha Actually I am not excited for it because first of all, Ang Pau has never been a big deal but to me nothing matters more than #familyfirst. The only thing that makes me so excited is probably Fatty is coming back from US after like 2 years and it will be the first time in 5 years or so that we will be together as a whole for CNY.
So I am pretty excited to meet my super annoying brother who at times drives me nuts and him being the boy genius in the family and me being the second best in like everything always piss me off but at the same time can't be anymore proud to be the sister. Okay, enough about him cos it's too gay for me to compliment him too much. /hmm
I am only begin to enjoy my holiday a little now... It came a little too late because of all my assignments and then presentation. gawddd... But this year was definitely better than my first year ^^ so *pats on the head*
Who here has yet to do their CNY shopping??? Haha I know some of my friends have not and that's why I will be going Bukit Bintang this Saturday for TaiTai day round two. Well, if you are too busy to have some free time like my whole month of December and up until this recent week, let me recommend you some cheat way to do your shopping!
Don't go for any website that does pre-order now. It is too late! Nor any website that requires you to wait up to a week because some website will only ship their item once a week or twice because you don't want to take the risk.
Look for those that ships the very next day and offers pos laju shipping because it will reach between 1-3 days with tracking code and sometimes, the posmen are so nice that they would call you up and see whether are you at home and if not they would at times ask where are you and send to the location most convenient for you. Super nice I tell you but keep in mind those are their discretion.

Doublewoot is more suitable to those who are working since they come in a really appropriate length for office. I personally love to get my dress from here because they are so stylist, chic and yet manage to pull off as office wear. Especially now that I am super in looovvveeeee with SUITS fashion. Doublewoot is the way to go.
Doublewoot has countless collection for CNY, I could'nt pick all, so I pick out the few which I think has their own unique taste cater to different people.
When red is the way to go, this piece is to die for. What I love about this is the high neck design and trust me, the lace is top notch quality because I have few pieces from Doublewoot and it is made from this fabric.

Isn't this piece so gorgeous? The oriental lace makes it perfect for CNY! I have an exact similar piece that I bought from Phatculture some time back for my birthday. Mine was in black and the back is sexier :p
Second piece from PhatCulture is this oriental playsuit/romper. I absolutely love this. I wanted to get this for myself but they only left with bigger size. :( To those who can fit, grab them before they are gone too! What I love of this is the material seems really comfortable. I like how it is not like super ONG red and definitely fit for house visitation because it is more casual than a dress.
Third piece from PhatCulture is this retro looking sexy back polka dot dress. The skater design gives it such a fun touch to it. This is great for anyone who does'nt want anything that is super red but yet fit the CNY theme. I think this is such a cute first date dress too. Look at the sexy back! Definitely a show stopper. :D

Mintgreen cheongsam. This is the classic piece for CNY. I absolutely love the colour btw. This dress is so gorgeous that I am pretty sure you can wear it out on date night or special event. The colour is not all super vibrant which will attract the right amount of attention.
Finally, the last piece that I recommend from Doublewoot will be...........
This is in a darker tone but it is so pretty because of how it looks like two piece but compliment so well. Once again, super lace quality at the skirt. Very Qi Pao feel to it because of the top but a modern twist at the bottom.

I know Christmas is over and everybody is ready for CNY but I can't help to upload my Christmas polaroid pictures cause I miss my church homies soooo much! It has been 9 consecutive years since I celebrated my Christmas with them but unfortunately on my 10th, I will be in UK without them. :'(
