From Malacca with Love 2014
During my 3 months break back in Malaysia or in another word the non-existent summer break after my year 2, my Michaelian buddies and I planned a trip to Malacca as a getaway after our exams and we have two of them studying in Malacca at that time and they could'nt come back to Ipoh to meet us.
I don't remember if I have ever visited Malacca, well I sort of did, we basically passed by and had lunch there once upon a time. ><
Since we are all students, the whole two days one night trip was planned with the lowest budget we can imagine. We stayed in a motel which looks dodgy but the owners are actually quite nice and even helped us to get taxis to the bus station.
Looking back at the pics made me baffled for awhile because I don't remember how hot the weather was and I suppose I can only remember my skin burning and sweating most of the time.
Thankfully we have two 'locals' there who can bring us around. Free our guide :p Without wasting any time, we head off to walk around Malacca town!.
They have this boat tour thing which you can get on and they will bring you around. Wanted to try but too kimsap lah~

# So picture alone beside the river is enough for me ><
Nothing says casual OOTD more than my
fav Forever21 top, Foruchizu cap, Ipanema slippers and MNG bag.
# Me and the lovely ladies, suet yeng and yean kit.
# Once in awhile the wind comes out to play and we rejoice with our bright smile.
After seeing all the street of Malacca, there is only one must go place and it is none other than JONKER STREET!! We had our lunch and dinner there. Definitely a tourist spot to rip you off haha cause no locals would go there but I'm a tourist, so it is okay. hehe
# I assure you that it looks more happening at night
# I have a very confusing cap
# Hello Mr. Hulk?
At night, we had the super famous durian puff which Yean Kit has been telling me about ever since she went t study in Malacca. I assure you that it was really foodgasm. Oh how much I miss my durian. Told Mr. Fitzwilliam that he better get used to me eating durian though he might feel like he is going to die lol
#We had this yummy scallop for dinner too! Omnomnom
To commemorate our trip together, all the girls decided to get this spray on tattoo to look.., badass? Maybe I should have gotten a DRAGON instead >< Well, mine cost RM10 I suppose. What can I say, I love rose too much.
We went to this Geographer kafe, more like a pub with live band and spent some time chilling together and tried the Somersby Pear. It was a simple getaway but the people are the ones that
matters.
xoxo
