From Leeds to Knaresborough 2014
When I first arrived to UK, I was very privilege because I have an amazing friend who was willing to pick me up fro Manchester airport and take me in for 3 days at Leeds before I leave to Aberystwyth. Sean is a great friend of mine from Ipoh. This boy was so kind and so was his mother. I am so thankful that God gave me such kind brother in Christ in my life.
On the first day after my jet lagged is gone, Sean took me to go around the city. I love how Leeds is nothing like KL cause the city version here in UK does not involves major skyscrapers and highways everywhere.
I love not just seeing the architectural design of the buildings but of cause SHOPPING! >< Things does look cheaper when in pounds. First shop (apart from Primark in Manchester the moment I landed) was Dorothy Perkins. They were doing end of season sale and £7 for their skirts!

Leeds
On the first day after my jet lagged is gone, Sean took me to go around the city. I love how Leeds is nothing like KL cause the city version here in UK does not involves major skyscrapers and highways everywhere.
# No make up cause too exhausted face. Sean borrowed me his jumper to wear and it is so cute
because instead of his name or any other thing, he put 'Malaysia' on the back of it.
You can take a boy out of Malaysia but you can't take Malaysia out of the boy.
# They even have a cute little bridge that imitates the Pont de l'ArchevĂȘchĂ© in Paris.
Knaresborough
The following day Sean took me to a small getaway from the city and into a really beautiful subtle country side. It was magical to me. The place looks like a painting and scenery from some movies. Truly I felt so blessed to be in UK to witness such beauty.
# I can live here forever
# Our view during our lunch time.
# First time having Kettle chips. Apparently Sean calls it the healthy junk food. lulz. irony.
It was a really nice stroll and walk with Sean. He told me this is where he would usually go with his mom. How nice of him. I grew up in MYF with this boy. It was really nice to see him growing up into such a mature and firmly rooted in Christ boy. Proud of him. He is like a baby brother to me.
# H&M top with Dorothy Perkins midi skirt and Juicy Couture bag.
Please ignore the ugly shoes. It is extremely comfy though.
At night, Sean took me to a Greek restaurant and the food was so good!! Service and food both top notch. Ahhh talking about this now makes me crave for Greek food. After that we went for a movie with his mother and two other new girls who just came to Leeds not too long ago from China (I think). It was such a great 3 days in Leeds! It helped me a lot to get used to UK before being a lost deer when I arrive in Aber. I am so thankful to him and his mom. ^^
