Giving 'Love' A Bad Name
These are the situations when it really ticks me off. One black lamb and it makes the whole flock stinks.
One of the thing that is close to my heart would probably be people simply claiming themselves to be Christian. One of the most fundamental thing in Christianity is love the sinner hate the sin. As Christian we are to love everyone but when it comes to sin, we should hate it.
However, let us face it, no one is perfect and God gets it. It would never be possible for human deeds alone to be worthy enough to go to heaven because at one point of our life, we would fall regardless of how 'saint' you are and so Christ died on the cross so that our sin would be wash away.
Hence, this is where it really ticks me off. If you are someone who loves the sin and agrees with it, please don't call yourself a Christian. Each day everyone struggles with sin. People struggles with temptation and fight against sin because of God's love and doing that would pleases Him.
I myself am the biggest sinner of all. There are so many things I fail to do results in hurting Him. Being good is never easy and it will never be easy but we must still try because God is worth it. I am far from being a good person. That's why we all pray to God and seek for forgiveness and grace be upon us.
I really feel like charging on someone like an angry lamb whenever someone who agrees on a sin such as sleeping around, murder, rape, adultery, destroying someone else's life to achieve their goals etc end up telling everyone that he/she is a Christian.
If you are a brother and sister in Christ who are struggling with all these, my prayer is with you for I know how hard it is but if you actually think that all this is "GOOD! #thatisthewaytolive" then please don't.... just don't.....
All of us who fall short from doing what God has told us to do is bad enough, with action like that, it will only hurt the Father in heaven even more.
On the other hand, have you read about this?
So basically this Janice girl went to ask for a sponsorship from a hair salon in VivoCity but got rejected and then she went on asking for it (which is fine because sometimes in working world, you need to show how bad you want it and how hard you are willing to work for it) but when ignored, she sent and e-mail threatening to defame the hair salon by trashing the hair salon in her blog.@.@
Are you kidding me??
Obviously when treated so, the hair salon took and action by posting on Facebook. Next thing you know, it became a news especially in the blogosphere.
Later on in her Facebook she wrote an apology statement (almost) stating that her account was hack and she apologises to Mr. Conrad (the rep from the hair salon) and she has lodged a police report.
Do you believe that it is true???
Well, I personally can't say no to that possibility even if just a little.
Obviously after that she gained lots of hater which i think is really sad for her and some of the hater really no life one lah. Nothing else better to do and went to trash about her looks. Please lah, can haters be a little be more intellectual when they speak? You can't just go around hating everything okay? OH WAIT... maybe you can since you are a hater but seriously, you can talk about how unethical she is but why go attack on her appearance?
Coming back to the topic, this girl's scandal made people start saying things like "Is this how the new generation of bloggers are now?" Now people would just perceive bloggers as rude, spoil and basically she gave blogger a bad name. Imagine how upsetting it would be for other bloggers who work hard in building their blog and now they are being generalise alongside people with that kind of ethics.
If someone gives you an opportunity, thank them. If someone rejects you, still be thankful towards them because when this door closes, it might just open up a door with better opportunity. - what le parents taught
